Sweet Buns with Cocoa (video)

Sweet Buns with Cocoa
Welcome to Mutevazı Lezzetler video pages!
at this episode, we are sharing a sweet bun recipe
"Sweet Buns with Cocoa"
let’s see the ingredients list firstly, then we will see how to cook it
7 ounces butter
2 tbsp castor sugar
1 cup of yogurt
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp cocoa
1 pack of baking powder
1 pack of vanilla
and enough flour
for the filling; 1 + 1/2 cups of walnut
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
and 1 egg white
after the ingredients’ list, I’m stating by preparing the dough
firstly, I’ll place the egg yolk into the bowl
and I’m adding 1 cup of yogurt…
2 tbsp of castor sugar…
and 7 oz butter…
into the bowl and I’ll be mixing it by fingertips, until it smoothens
the ingredients are losing their shapes
now I’m adding the cocoa…
and I’ll mix it for a while more…
I’m adding some flour on it…
and I’m pouring the baking powder over the flour…
I’m adding the vanilla also
I’ll be kneading it by adding flour little by little during the kneading...
until the dough reaches medium consistency and stops sticking to hand
it is reaching a great consistency
it is not sticking and it is not too hard also
after reversing it a few times, it will be ok
the dough is ready, I may start to shape it
well, I’ll prepare the filling mixture
I’m adding 1/3 cup of granulated sugar…
and egg white over the walnut and mixing them
I’m picking a piece just a little bit bigger than walnut size
I’m rolling it between my palms
I’ve sprinkled some flour over the bench
I’ll enlarge the dough piece into the saucer size
that is enough
I’m placing some filling mixture on it
and folding it as “pogaca”
I’m cutting the edge by the wheel slicer to get a nice view
but it is not a must
I’m removing the extra flour over the bun…
by a brush…
I’m placing it into the baking tray which is covered by grease-proof paper
I have prepared the last bun also
I want to say that these measurements are proper for big size tray
the oven should be preheated to 374 F for a long time
I will bake the buns for about 15 minutes
the buns are baked and removed from the oven
I’ll serve them when they cool down totally
they are delicious, believe in me
