Welcome to Mutevazi Lezzetler Cuisine!
Today we will cook a delicious cake from our book series.
It is easy to cook. Ingredientes are cheap. And, it is too yummy.
Let's check the ingredients list:
..1 + 1/2 cups granulated sugar..
..1 cup yogurt..
..1/2 cup vegetable oil..
..2 tbsp cocoa..
..1 pack baking powder..
..about 2 or 2 + 1/2 cups sifted flour..
For Upper Side:
..1 cup cold milk..
As always, we are starting to prepare a cake mixture by breaking the eggs.
If you notice that one of the eggs, or more of them are 111, you do not add other ingredients on it.
We are adding 1 + 1/2 cup of granulated sugar onto the eggs.
Castor sugar may be used instead of granulated sugar also.
Because of using granulated sugar, we are blending the mixture for about 10 minutes.
If you use castor sugar, the blending time takes less.
You should blned the mixture, until it turns into pure white.
It has turned into pure white.
Now, we are adding oil and yogurt into the mixture.
We are going to blend it for a while more.
Yes, it is enough.
We are adding 2 tbsp cocoa into the mixture.
As you can see, the cocoa also diffused into the mixture homogenously.
We have about 2 or 2 + 1/2 cups sifted flour.
It is advised to use sifted flour, for getting a better cake.
We are adding the baking powder into the mixture.
You should pour the baking powder over the flour, not over the mixture.
We are blending the mixture for a while more, until the it turns into smooth totally.
We have a really good cake's mixture now.
We are going to pour the mixture into the greased cake mould.
As you can see, it is 111. That is what we want to get.
We have poured the cake mixture into the greased cake mould.
We are going to place the cake mould into the oven, which is preheated to 175 C,and bake it for about 40-45 minutes.
After removing it from the oven, we are going to pour the milky mixture all over.
Now, let's place it into the oven.
The cake is baked.
For checking it, if it is baked or not, we are making toothpick test.
The dough did not stick around the toothpick. So, it means that the cake is baked well.
We have a final process.
We have 1 cup of cold milk.
We are adding 1 pack of vanilla into it.
We are adding the vanilla finally. By this way, we can fell its smell more and better.
We are mixing it.
As we told that, the milk must be cold.
We are pouring this cold mixture all over the hot cake, which is already removed from the oven.
We are going to rest it for about 10-15 minutes.
The cake soaked the milky mixture.
We are going to reverse it and prepare for the service.
We can slice it, after cooling down for a while more.
It has become very soft and yummy cake.
