Fruit Cream Cake (video)

Fruit Cream Cake
Welcome to Mutevazi Lezzetler video pages!
at this episode we are sharing the recipe of "Fruit Cream Cake"
let's see the ingredients list, then we will see how to make it
1 sponge cake
for the cream; 2 + 1/2 cups milk
1 + 1/2 tbsp wheat starch
1 + 1/2 tbsp flour
1 pack of vanilla
1 tbsp cocoa
and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
for wetting the sponge cake; 1 cup of water
and 1 + 1/2 tsp marmalade
for the medium layers: 2 kiwis and 1 banana
for the upper side and the edges; 1 cup of milk
1 pack of castor sugar
1 small bar of chocolate
and 2 kiwis
I want to summarize the sponge cake recipe that we have already shared it with you at the previous episode
after separating the yolks and the whites of 4 eggs…
I'm adding 1 pinch of salt over the egg whites
and I'm blending it, until it solidifies and I'm putting it aside
then, I'm adding 1 cup of granulated sugar
over the 4 yolks…
and I'm blending it until it gets a light color
then I'm adding 3 cups of sifted flour and 1 cup corn starch…
the melted and cooled down 100 grams butter…
baking powder and vanilla…
over the mixture of yolks and sugar…
and I'm mixing it for a while more
and finally, I'm adding the solidified mixture of egg whites and salt…
I'm mixing it gently by a wooden spoon
I'm pouring it into the greased cake mould…
or 10 inch sized baking pot
and baking it for about 50 – 60 minutes in the oven…
that is preheated to 175 C.
the cream should cool down, so I'm starting by the cream
I'm pouring 2 + 1/2 cups of cold milk into the pot
and I'm adding 1 + 1/2 tbsp wheat starch…
1 + 1/2 tbsp flour…
and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar…
into the cold milk
as you see the heat is off…
I'll be mixing it until the ingredients dissolve
then I'll turn on the heat
the ingredients have dissolved totally, I'm turning on the heat….
I'll be cooking it by stirring constantly, until it reaches a high consistency
the cream is getting thicker…
before removing it from the stove, I'm adding 1 pack of vanilla in it…
I'm stirring it very well and turning off the heat
while the cream cools down, I'm preparing the shanty
I'm pouring 1 cup of cold milk
into a deep bowl
I'm adding 1 pack of castor sugar in it
and firstly blending it at low speed…
then by high speed, until it solidifies
the shanty is ready right now, I may put it aside for a short time
I'm transecting the sponge cake into 3 pieces
the point of these process…
you should saplamak a proper size knife into the cake…
parallel to the ground…
and carefully and slowly transecting it parallel…
by turning it
I've cut the first layer by this way
now I'm cutting the second layer by the same way
the second and the third one are cut also
I'm keeping on preparing the cake wile cooling down the cream
I'm cutting he fruits by the way
we are using kiwi and banana for the cake…
but you may use your own favorite fruits also instead
well, I'm dicing the kiwis
I'll dice the banana also
after dicing the banana
I may take the cool cream closer
I'm adding some shanty…
into the cream
I have found this method
by this way cream gets more bright and elastic
I'm keeping by stirring it
I'm placing half of the cream into another bowl
I'm adding the diced kiwi pieces on it
and I'm mixing now
the kiwi layer is ready by this way…
now, I'm adding 1 tbsp cocoa into the
remaining half of the cream
and mixing it
it is homogenously mixed…
I'm adding the banana pieces into this mixture also…
and I'm mixing it
3 mixtures are already ready right now…
cream with cocoa and banana
and cream with kiwi
now I may place them onto the cake layers
I'm preparing the syrup for wetting the cake
I'm adding the marmalade into the water…
it may be sugar also, whatever you want
or just juice also
the point is, it must be 1 cup of sweet liquid
the three layers of the cake are ready also…
now I'm wetting each layer with 1/3 cup of…
syrup carefully
the upper side will be white…
so I'm placing the white cream now
I'm placing it onto the middle...
and I'm laying it all over by a wet knife…
but I'm not laying it too much away from the edges…
I don't want the cream flow down by the pressure over them
now, I'm placing the second layer…
the upper layer of the cake is harder, so I'm using it in the middle layer
I'm wetting it also
and placing the cocoa cream over it
I'm placing it onto the middle
now I may place the last layer
I'm wetting it also
by this way…
I'm fixing it…
and for covering the cake…
I'm placing the shanty
after covering it with shanty by this way…
now it is time to garnish it
we have 2 more kiwis for garnishing it
I'm slicing them very thinly
I'm sticking the slices around the cake
and finally…
I'm grating a small bar of chocolate
by the large side of the grater all over the cake
at this episode we have designed the fruit cream cake by this way…
by using the simple ingredients…
but beautifully
designing a cake just depends upon to your imagination
I'll refrigerate this cake…
I think that refrigerating it for 1 night makes it better….
but you may also serve it 2 hours later also
