Spinach Bread
Welcome to Mutevazi Lezzetler Cuisine!
at this episode, we are sharing a delicious bread recipe
"Spinach Bread"
let's see the ingredients, then we will see how to prepare it
half bunch of dill
1 egg and 1 egg white
1/3 cup of sunflower oil
1 pack of instant yeast
1/2 cup of warm water
1 cup of warm milk
1 cup of corn flour
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
and enough flour
four the upper side; 1 egg white
after the easy and economic ingredients list…
I may start to prepare it
firstly I'm pouring 1/2 cup of warm water…
1 tsp granulated sugar…
1 pack of instant yeast…
into the bowl and mixing it by fingertips
you may use normal yeast also instead of instant one
after dissolving the sugar and the yeast in the water…
I'm adding the salt
I'm adding 1/3 cup of sunflower oil…
or you may use olive oil also
and I'm adding 1 cup of warm water
and mixing it by fingertips for a while more
I have 2 eggs, I'm using full of the first one
and just the white part of the second one…
I'll use the yolk for the upper side
I've 1 cup of corn flour
after mixing it for a while more again…
I'm adding flour into the mixture little by little…
until the dough reaches soft consistency
I'm keeping on kneading
it has reached the right consistency almost, there is need to knead it for a while more over the bench
as you know, kneading the bread dough more…
makes the bread better
the dough is kneaded enough, now I'm placing it into the bowl again
and covering it by cling film…
and rest it at room temperature for about half an hour
while resting the dough, I may keep on doing the other processes
I'm slicing the dill into too small pieces, also the stems…
now it is the time of the hero, spinach…
I'm cutting it by this way firstly
it is important to slice it into too small pieces
after slicing the spinach, I may place it beside the dill
I need to wait for a while more for the dough
I'm waiting
time is up for resting the dough
now, I may remove the cling film
I'm adding the mixture of spinach and dill over the dough…
and kneading it, until the spinach and dill pieces lays homogenously in the mixture
it is mixed homogenously, let's grease the baking mould
the edges of the mould also
this recipe is very similar to cake, so I need to grease the mould
actually, flouring the mould is enough while baking bread
I'm sprinkling some flour a bit
and I'm placing the dough into the mould
and resting the dough in the mould for about 20 more minutes
now, finally, I'm spreading the remaining yolk…
all over the bread by a brush
you may sprinkle some sesame and nigella seeds also
I may place the bread into the oven that is preheated to 374 F…
I'll bake it, until its upper side turns into red totally
the bread is baked perfectly, now I may place it onto the service plate
it is a bit hot of course
it is very delicious, you may serve it with cheese
