1 red, and 1 yellow pepper (sliced)
1 green, and 1 yellow zucchini (sliced)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 handful of green onions (chopped)
A couple of tablespoons of olive oil
Angel hair pasta
Heat the oil, garlic, and green onions in a pan until the onions begin to carmelize. Add zucchinis, and peppers. Cook until the veggies are thoroughly cooked, but not mushy. Boil water, and add the angel hair pasta. Drain the pasta, and serve mixture over the pasta. Serves about 4-5 people.
