INTEGRAL RICE WITH VEGETABLES
Ingredients (4 people)
300 gm. Of brown rice.
1 liter of water or vegetable broth.
100 grams of green beans.
2 carrots.
1 tomato.
2 garlic cloves.
50 gm. Spinach.
Oil and salt.
Preparation
Picamos green beans, carrots, tomatoes and garlic and rehogamos with a little oil in a pan.
