ACELGAS SALTEADAS WITH POTATOES
Ingredients (4 people)
400 gm. Acelgas
1 kg. Small potatoes.
2 garlic cloves.
Oil and salt.
Acelgas Wash and cut into small pieces. Ponerlas in a pot with boiling water, oil and salt for 10 minutes.
Besides, peel potatoes and bake for 10 minutes.
Drain well acelgas, crush the garlic and freírlos everything in a pan with oil.
