16 tbsp. (1 cup) wheat gluten flour
2 tbsp. flax meal
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. salt
Pre-heat oven to 350. With a hand mixer, blend all ingredients until smooth. It will become a bit “gluey”, but this is normal.
I use a 12 serving cupcake baking tin, but you can use a 6 serving muffin tin for larger biscuits. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and fill. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until nicely browned.
Entire batch is 20 carbs.
