ALMOND-OAT PIE CRUST
1 c ground almonds,
or blended to a very fine meal
1 c oat flour (rolled oats blended)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c water or fruit juice
Mix dry ingredients well. Add liquid, and mix.
Press into pie pan, or roll between 2 pieces of wax paper with a rolling pin. Bake 15 minutes at 350o.
