"Quince Cake"
let’s see the ingredients list at first, then we will see how to cook it
2 small quinces
3 eggs
1 + 1/2 cups of castor sugar
2 tbsp yogurt
1/3 cup of walnut
1/3 cup of coconut
3 tbsp butter, about 5 oz
1 pack of baking powder
1 pack vanilla
1 tbsp granulated sugar
3 cloves
2 + 1/2 cups of sifted flour
after the ingredients list, let’s see how to cook it
I’ll slice the quinces
we have 2 small quinces
I’ll use them without peeling, so I’m cutting each of them into 2 pieces
quince is a hard fruit, but it is easy to soften it by boiling
I’m removing the seed beds
and slicing them finely
after slicing the quinces, I’m sprinkling the sugar into the mould…
which is greased with too much butter
by this way it covers totally
by this way the quince slices will be caramelized
I’m placing the thin quince slices firmly
after placing the slices firmly, we have 3 cloves…
I’ve beaten them, now I’m sprinkling it all over
I’m putting it aside for a while
I’m starting by breaking the eggs
I’ve broken 3 eggs, and mixed it for a while
now, I’m adding 1 + 1/2 cups of castor sugar
and I’m whisking it for about 4 or 5 minutes
now it is the turn of the butter
the butter has softened at room temperature
2 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp butter
I’m mixing it for a while, until the butter melts
now I’m adding…
1/3 cup of coconut…
1 pack of vanilla…
2 + 1/2 cups of sifted flour
into the mixture
now I’m mixing it
after mixing it for a while…
finally I’m adding the baking powder
and 1/3 cup of walnut
I’m mixing it by the low speed, until the walnut lays in the mixture homogenously
the cake mixture is ready
as you can notice, its density is high
now I’m pouring it all over the quince slices…
carefully, without losing the shape of quinces
after smoothing the mixture
I’m placing it into the oven which is preheated to 338 F and baking the cake for 50 minutes
after removing it from the mould… It is really hot…
after cooling it for a while, I can reverse and serve it
at this Mutevazı Lezzetler video episode, we have shared a cake recipe

it has a different and delicious taste
