SALMON WITH PUERROS AND SOYBEANS
Ingredients (4 people)
800 gm. Fresh salmon fillets.
1 large leek.
20 gm. Of butter.
4 dessertspoons of wheat flour.
2 ½ dessertspoons of soy sauce.
2 DL. Fish broth.
Salt and white pepper.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
In a skillet with butter salteamos the chopped leek finite very gentle heat for 3 minutes. We add the fish broth and we boil for 2 minutes more, then add the soy sauce and remove any property.
Salpimentamos fillets of salmon, enharinamos and enter into the sauce, leaving them to be made during 2 or 3 minutes.
After this time put on a plate and serve with the sauce and covered with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
