Tyrolean Style Hard Cake
Ingredients :
4 cup Flour
3/4 lb Butter, softened
6 oz Pecans, chopped
6 oz Walnuts, chopped
Rind of 2 lemons, grated
1 3/4 cup Sugar
Method :
* Mix all ingredients by hand. Mixture is crumbly.
* Sprinkle in 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees 40-45 minutes.
* When cool cut into squares. |
