Celery and Coconut Salad
1/4 cup Drained yogurt (yogurt cream)
3 x Garlic cloves minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1 tbl Black sesame seeds
2 bn Celery stalks washed, peeled,
1 cup Grated fresh coconut
* In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and sesame seeds. Add the grated celery and coconut and toss well.
* This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
