Soujouk Patties with Bulgur (video)

Welcome to Mutevazi Lezzetler video pages!
at this episode, we are sharing a patty recipe
"Soujouk Patties with Bulgur"
let's see the ingredients list at first, then we will see how to cook it
1 cup of bulgur, thin type
1/2 circle of soujouk
1 onion, medium size
1 + 1/2 cups of warm water
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp butter
half bunch of parsley
and 1 tsp salt
after the ingredients list...
I'll wet the 1 cup of bulgur
I'm sure that it is clean, so I did not wash it again...
I'm adding 1 + 1/2 cups of warm water on it
and I'll wait for about 10 minutes at least to make the bulgur grow up in water
while the bulgur grows up, I'm grating the soujouk that I've peeled...
by the thick side of the grater
after grating the soujouk, it is time to grate the onion...
I'm grating it over the bulgur
after the onion, I've half bunch of parsley...
as always, I'm slicing it finely with its stems
after slicing the parsley, I'm placing it over the bulgur and onion
I'm adding...
the grated soujouk...
1 tbsp butter...
1 tsp salt...
and 1 tbsp tomato paste and I'm kneading the mixture, until it smoothens
as you can see, I'm not adding spices such as...
cumin, black pepper or spice of soujouk...
because the spices in the soujouk is enough
I've kneaded the mixture for 10 minutes...
as you can see, it is totally smooth
now, I'm picking walnut sized pieces from the mixture...
I'm shaping them as patties
and I'm placing them onto the tray which is covered with grease-proof paper
I'm shaping the last patty now...
I'm placing the tray into the oven, which is preheated to 392 F...
you will notice, if it is cooked or not
the patties are cooked now...
they seem delicious...

now, I can reverse it over the service plate
it has grown very well, it is color also nice
after cooling it for a while, actually it would be better to cool it down more...
you can slice and serve it
