LIVER OF LAMB WITH EGGS
Ingredients (4 people)
300 gm. Lamb liver.
2 garlic cloves.
1 green pepper.
6 tablespoons tomato sauce.
Oil, salt and pepper.
We put in a pan of a jet oil, garlic filleting, peppers and onions cut into strips for pocharlos.
When everything is well pochado, we salt.
Then add the liver of lamb cut into thin strips or chunks salpimentados.
Once this is done, rehogamos 10 minutes, add tomatoes and let cook for 5 minutes.
We put the eggs on top and let cuajar strong in the oven about 5 minutes.
Finally, we derive and serve very hot.
