Ingredients (4 people)
500 gm. Chopped meat.
1 bowl of fresh peas.
8 small onions.
Oil, salt, pepper, flour.
Broth or water and chopped parsley.
Troceamos meat, season, we went through and freímos flour in a pan with very hot oil.
When the meat is golden, add potatoes and carrots, peeled and chopped. Also incorporated mushrooms, onions, peas. Rehogamos 2 minutes and cover everything with water. We left and cook for a 1 ¼ to simmer. After five days and the meat will be cooked well, we tested salt and serve.
