FARCELLETS OF PAVO
Ingredients (4 people)
500 gm. fillets.
1 large onion chopped.
60 gm. Of bread crumbs soaked in milk.
12 tender cabbage leaves and little nerve.
30 gm. Of butter.
10 CL water.
Salt, pepper and flour.
Escaldar the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and separate book.
Grind the meat from contramuslos and mix with bread crumbs, chopped onion and eggs. Mix well, salpimentar.
Placing an amount of this fill in each leaf. Roll well and then go through flour and fry the rolls in butter.
When they are golden, adding lemon juice and yogurt, correct salt and pepper, add water and let it cook over a low heat for 20 minutes.
