SALAD OF VIEIRAS
Ingredients (4 people)
6 large scallops.
1 iceberg lettuce.
Green beans cooked.
Prepared salad with chicory, lettuce, berros, green beans and tomatoes. Everything is cut very thin.
Scallops are opened and cleaned, to pass by the entire skillet and fry lightly. Following are cut into pieces (3 or 4, depending on the size of the piece.)
The dish is served with the basis of cold green salad (which can be aliñar with oil and vinegar) topped with pieces of fried scallops still lukewarm. You can also aliñar s own oil frying scallops.
