SALMON SALAD NORWEGIAN AHUMADO
Ingredients (6 persons)
300 gm. Smoked salmon.
1 or 2 bunches of berros.
1 small can of corn.
Virgin olive oil.
Vinegar or lemon.
It is the salmon into strips and reserves.
It washes well and drained vegetables. Place in a salad bowl or source.
Sprinkle corn, and are available in over salmon strips.
It makes a dressing with three parts oil, vinegar and salt. It beats all well and pour over salad at the time of serving.
This salad can be done by varying the vegetables.
