SALAD OF "DULZE"
150 deg. Of broccoli.
2 onions tender.
1 large tomato.
1 tray little radishes.
Beans and peas (fresh).
Salt, oil and Jerez.
Wash well before chopping (very important in keeping the water in most of the nutrients). Trocear buds into slices about 3 cm. And crumble.
Split the broccoli into small pieces, part of the trunk is desirable remove hardness.
Peel the radishes and cut into 3 slices each, starting tomatoes. Peel some beans and peas (fresh).
Mix in a salad bowl and serve all the taste of each.
