SALAD TO VINAGRETA OF SAFFRON

Ingredients (4 people)
50 gm. Ham duck.
½ cucumber.
1 tomato.
1 lettuce curled.
100 gm. of Berros.
Corn cooked.
4 mushrooms.

For the vinaigrette:
6 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons vinegar.
6 strands of saffron.
1 clove minced garlic.
Sal.

Preparation
We place the lettuce leaves on the plate in a circle. Cut tomatoes into wedges and place on lettuce. In the middle, put a handful of berros.
Besides, fileteamos some sliced mushrooms and cut the cucumber. We put everything on the tomato and cover with the corn kernels. Then we vinaigrette and with it rociamos salad.
Finally, we roll with slices of duck, placed on top of the salad and serve.
