LAMB TO THE ROMERO
Ingredients (4 people)
1 ½ lbs. Boned shoulder of lamb.
1 branch of rosemary.
1 strip bacon fat.
4 potatoes cut into four.
2 onions cut into four.
4 tomatoes into pieces.
Preheat the source in the microwave to power 650 W, for 6 minutes. Prepare the shoulder, tying the cocino along with a few branches of rosemary.
With the spreads the shoulder and placed on the source for brown, connecting the microwave for 15 minutes at a power of 650 W.
Then add the potatoes and onions and connect 8 minutes.
Lastly, add tomatoes cover the source and connect 5 minutes more to the same power.
