LAMB ASADO STYLE TO BASIN
1 suckling lamb.
3 ripe tomatoes.
4 garlic cloves,
Open lamb in half, sazonarlo with salt on both sides.
Starting tomatoes into slices and put them making a bed at the bottom of the tray. Add garlic cut into plates.
Place the lamb on top of tomatoes. Put the lard. Pour over 1 cup of water.
Meter in the oven for 1 hour. Turn around and let brown for half an hour.
