LAMB TO THE CALDERETA

Ingredients (6 persons)
2 kg. Lamb leg.
1 ripe tomato.
1 onion.
1 head of garlic.
3 bay leaves.
1 seso lamb.
100 gm. Liver.
50 gm. Bread crumbs,
2 guindillas dry spicy.
Salt and pepper.

Preparation
Clean and cut the lamb into pieces.
In a skillet, rehogar onion, garlic, bay leaves and tomatoes peeled and chopped and guindillas.
Add meat and estofar for 10 minutes, put season with salt and pepper.
Cover the meat with water and plug leaving cook for one hour.
Add the breadcrumbs to take consistency broth and let simmer for 10 minutes, correcting salt.
