IN HEARTS OF HAKE PAPILLOTE

Ingredients
1 carton of hearts hake Pescanova 500 grams.
2 carrots.
1 garlic.
100 gm. Gob.
25 gm. Of butter.
Salt and pepper.

Preparation
Thaw the hearts of hake as indications of the pack. Reserve.
Chop the carrot and garlic and rehogarlos in a satin with butter.
Add mushrooms. Salpimentar. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.
Cut circles of aluminum foil, have hearts, and close rehogado forming packages.
Place in preheated oven at 200 ° for 10 minutes.
Serve in aluminum foil.
