RABBIT IN ADOBO

Ingredients (2 persons)
1 rabbit medium.
Oil.
1 bay leaf.
4 garlic cloves.
1 onion.
Sal.
Oregano.
Black pepper.

Preparation:
The first thing we have to do the cleaning and chopping though the rabbit. After what salpimentaremos and put in a pot with three parts of olive oil and vinegar. Also add the chopped onion, oregano, 4 garlic cloves, bay leaf, black pepper and a pinch of salt. We put all this to boil in the same pot, well covered and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve when this rather cold.
This marinade rabbit prepared keeping in perfect condition for a few weeks in the refrigerator, although it can be frozen to be kept for much longer without losing its great taste.
