RABBIT ASADO MARINERO

Ingredients (4 people)
1 rabbit.
1 leek.
Water or broth to rectify.
Marinada:
½ onion.
1 carrot.
4 tablespoons vinegar.
1 bay leaf.
1 pinch thyme.
5 gm. From pepper.
Salt

Preparation:
Troceamos rabbits and salpimentamos. Picamos onion and carrot and together with the rest of the marinade ingredients. Echo also rabbits and we in the refrigerator 12 hours. After that we finish everything on a plate of oven and mete 1 ½ hours in the oven at 180 degrees. While becomes monitor if you need water or broth. Saca withdraw from the oven and pieces of rabbit.
We turn the sauce with pasapuré and tie with roux (flour and butter mixed in equal parts) if necessary.
