RABBIT TO AJILLO

Ingredients
1 rabbit.
6 garlic cloves.
3 lemons.
Salt, white pepper ground.
Oil.
Thyme, rosemary.

Preparation
It washes and part rabbit into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Fry was well on both sides. It is placing once fried in a pan,
2 garlic is fried sliced, when gold is removed from the fire.
It was the 4 crushed garlic cloves in a mortar, adds rosemary and thyme.
We express the three lemons and add the juice to the mortar.
It was again put into the fire garlic and adds the content of the mortar. It leaves give a boil and pour over the rabbit that was on the tray.
