TAIL OF THE OVEN SALMON NORWEGIAN
Ingredients (6 persons)
1 fresh Norwegian salmon queue 1 ½ lbs.
3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Salt and pepper.
Dill or fresh thyme.
In a satin with oil sauté onions, very fine line to simmer. It then passes to the tray or baking dish and placed it on the tail of salmon and a sprig of dill or thyme. It room and doused with lemon. It was introduced into the oven over medium heat - strong for 20 minutes.
Half cooking is sprayed.
It is served with onions at the base sprinkled with dill and a fresh sprig of the same embellishment.
You can add to the base of onion, sliced potatoes.
