HAKE CENTRES WITH PEPPERS
1 pack of centers hake Pescanova 500 grams.
1 red pepper.
1 green pepper.
3 garlic cloves.
½ kg. Ripe tomatoes.
½ teaspoon sugar.
¼ litre of olive oil.
Salt and white pepper.
Thaw centers hake, according to package directions.
Enharinar and fry in a pan with hot oil until brown centres hake.
In a casserole sofreír the garlic cloves and add peppers and onions cut into strips. Leave sofreír and add the peeled tomatoes and crushed with sugar, leaving rehogar for 15 minutes. Salpimentar to taste.
Add golden centers on the sauce and heat to the whole medium heat for a few minutes more.
