Ingredients (4 people)
100 gm. Mushrooms.
1 sprig of celery.
3 ripe tomatoes.
2 pills chicken broth.
Parsley, estragón and salt.
In a saucepan bring to boil 1 liter of water and ¼ 2 pills with broth and a little salt.
Cut carrots, leek, mushrooms and celery into thin strips. Aside put tomatoes in hot water for 2 minutes, the hair cut into squares and remove the seeds.
