Ingredients (4 people)
800 gm. Desmigado desalado cod.
80 gm. Breaded hard.
6 garlic cloves.
4 peeled tomatoes.
Oil, salt.
¼ chilli.
Parsley chopped.

In a satin with a jet of oil doramos garlic and chopped red peppers. We add the breadcrumbs, remove or not to catch. When brown, add the cod desmigado, rehogamos a little and add the chopped parsley and water. We leave the fire until the water evaporates. We cut a tomato into thin slices and place on a plate in the form of arc. In the center place the cod with crumbs.
