BACALAO CON AJOS
Ingredients (4 people)
300 gm. From cod.
¾ cups of oil.
1 head of garlic.
Remojamos cod for 12 hours. Hirviéndolo about 10 minutes. Saco water, remove the thorns. In a saucepan put oil and cod, cut into 4 pieces, we do a few laps but not too much.
In a mortar machacamos garlic with the parsley.
Before concluding cooking cod are added crushed garlic, moves the pan without stirring its contents, and gets done with the pan covered. When the sauce is reduced and take the consistency of mayonnaise will be finished cooking.
