Ingredients (6 persons)
300 gm. From minced beef.
100 gm. From olives stuffed with anchovies.
3 DL. Of olive oil.
1 teaspoon 4 spices.
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs.
1 tablespoon chopped perifollo.
100 gm. From flour.
Peel the onion and pico menuda, rehogamos in hot oil while you take colour.
Mix in a bowl the two types of minced meat, braised onion, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, 4 spices, perifollo chopped, salt and freshly ground pepper. Once mixed with the lid transparent paper and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
We formed some balls with the preparation earlier.
Escurrimos well olives water and introduce one on each ball.
We turn meatballs for flour. Sacudimos to remove excess flour and we went through the egg mixture.
Calentamos oil and freímos meatballs in it, until golden brown, are removed and placed in a paper towel to absorb fat.
It serves freshly made salads varied to taste.
