ALBÓNDIGAS OF ESPINACAS
Ingredients (4 people)
1 kg. Spinach.
100 gm. Of bacon (bacon).
Cream of carrot.
1 garlic clove.
We wash the spinach and put in a pan with water and salt. Once they are well drained, we do with them some balls and meatballs or rebozamos into flour.
Then freímos well these meatballs, taking great care not to be wasted away.
Meanwhile, cut garlic into thin sheets and sofreímos with a little oil in a frying pan. Add the bacon into pieces and the cream of carrot.
Then add the meatballs. Once this is done we leave cook over a low heat for 5 minutes and serve.
