Peanut Butter Pie
Serve with carob sauce for a real treat!
BLEND in blender very well:
1 lb. silken tofu
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. water
May ADD a little more water if necessary to blend. POUR into prebaked pie shell and freeze. REMOVE from freezer 15–20 min. before serving. Very rich! SERVES: 8–10.
For MAPLE WALNUT PIE, use almond butter instead of peanut butter, add 1/2 tsp.
maple flavoring and 1/2 c. chopped walnuts.
