Quick and Easy Pimento Cheese Sauce
2 1/2 tbsp. sesame tahini
12.3 oz. extra firm silken tofu or 1 1/4 c.
1/2 c. pimentos millet or corn meal mush
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt (more to taste)
1 1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2–2/3 c. water
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
WHIZ all ingredients in blender until smooth. Does not have to be cooked. Use on top of pizza before baking, on baked potatoes, casseroles, haystacks, etc.
