1/2 lb fresh, tender, kale
1/2 c chopped green onions or chives
1 small can sliced ripe olives
1/4 c liquid from olives
3 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp Bragg’s Liquid aminos
Dash onion and garlic powders, and herbs, (dill, basil, thyme, etc)
Chop kale very fine. Add onions and olives.
Combine olive liquid, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Dress salad just before serving.
Variations: Use part leaf lettuce. Add diced avocado, shredded carrot;, and/or sliced radishes ; a sprinkle of sunflower seeds.
