Welcome to Mutevazi Lezzetler Cuisine!
at this episode, we are sharing a recipe from World Cuisine
"Arabian Soup"
let’s see the ingredients at first
then we will see how to cook it
14 oz lamb cubes
1 onion, medium size
1 - 2 garlic cloves
3 tomatoes, medium size
1/3 cup of chickpeas
1/3 cup of white beans
1/3 cup of noodles
5 tbsp sunflower oil
8 cups of water
1 tsp sweet red pepper powder
and 1 + 1/2 tsp salt
the recipe is from Arabian Cuisine, but as you can see the ingredients are very similar
now we can start to prepare it, by chopping the onions
I’m dicing the onions
the chickpeas and the white beans are boiled
tomatoes are grated
now it is too easy to cook it
there is just noodle, even it will be added in the soup
after the onions, I’m dicing the garlic cloves also
after the dicing, now we can go to the stove
I’m pouring the oil into the pot
four and five
after waiting for a while to heat the oil, now I’m adding the onion
I’m frying the onion, until it turns into transparent
the onion has turned into transparent, now I’m adding the garlic and the lamb cubes, but…
the lamb cubes are smaller than normal, as you can see
by this way they will seem better
I’m cooking it, until the lamb cubes give the broth and soaks it again
the lamb cubes have soaked the broth again, now I’m adding…
tomato…
red pepper powder and salt into it
I’m mixing it for a while
now I’m adding 8 cups of hot water in it
the mixture has reached to boiling temperature
I’m adding boiled white beans
and chickpeas into the mixture urgently
of course, the water has cooled down by this way
after heating it again for a while, I’ll add the noodles finally
now it is boiling
I’m adding the noodles also. I’ll cook it until the noodles grow up in water…
then, I’ll remove the pot from the stove
the noodles are soft now, I can turn off the heat
and serve it
at this episode, we have shared a recipe from Arabian Cuisine, which is very similar to our meals…
it is delicious and very practically cooked
"Arabian Soup "
