Wild Rose Dessert (video)

Wild Rose Dessert
We are saluting all from the Mutevazi Lezzetler Cuisine sincerely.
At this episode we are preparing a dessert with syrup
"Wild Rose Dessert"
let’s see the ingredients now
then, we will see how to cook it
1 pack of butter
1 cup yogurt
1 full egg and 1 egg yolk
1 pinch of salt
1 pack of baking powder
and enough flour
for the filling; 2 cups of beaten walnut
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
1 egg white
for the syrup; 4 cups of granulated sugar
4 cups of water
1 slice of lemon
after the ingredients list, now we are preparing the syrup...
because it must cool down
I’ m pouring 4 cups of granulated sugar...
and 4 cups of water into a pot
I’m adding 1 slice of lemon, by this way we will get...
the taste of the rind also. I’ll cook the syrup, until it reaches right consistency
when the syrup boils, we are melting the butter also
we are going on by kneading the dough of the dessert
we have an egg...
1 egg yolk
I’m placing its white into this small plate
1 cup of yogurt
melted and cooled butter
very few salt
I’ m mixing it by a beater...
until, the mixture turns into smooth totally
now, we can add flour
I’m adding the sifted flour into the mixture little by little
I’m pouring the baking powder over the flour
we are starting to kneading by mixing it fingertips
the dough has reached the right consistency
it is soft, you can see it
we putting it aside for resting for about 10-15 minutes...
after covering it
meanwhile, we can prepare the filling mixture
we are adding 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and egg white
over the 2 cups of walnut and mixing it
the dough is rested now,
we are picking pieces from the dough, which are a little bit bigger than walnut size...
and rolling them. We have 30 balls in total
now, over the floured bench...
we are rolling them out into the size of dessert plate, by oval shape
this size is enough, remove the extra flour over the dough pieces
we are placing enough walnut mixture over the dough
as a string...
now I’m rolling it...
and turning the roll around itself...
I’m placing the end of the roll downside and placing it into the greased baking tray
let’s prepare the last dessert also...
I’m placing the remaining filling mixture
and shaping it as a rose
I’m placing it into the greased baking tray
I’ll bake the roses in the oven which is preheated to 356 F...
until the roses turn into red
the roses are baked for about half an hour
now, I’m pouring the cold syrup all over the roses
we’ll wait for about 2 hours to make the roses soak the syrup
then, we can serve these Wild Roses
at this episode of Mutevazi Lezzetler Cuisine...
