MERO ESCALOPES OF THE THYME
Ingredients (4 people)
8 slices simple.
2 ripe tomatoes.
A pinch of thyme.
2 garlic cloves.
Pepper, chopped parsley.
Escaldamos tomatoes, peeled and remove the seeds.
Fileteamos and rehogamos garlic in a pan with a little oil. Add the chopped onion, thyme and chopped tomato. Cook for 10 minutes.
In another skillet freímos round and round the escalopes merely salpimentados and passed to the skillet with the sauce, which we leave for 3 minutes.
To serve, put the sauce on the plate and place slices sheer on the sides.
Finally espolvoreamos with a little chopped parsley.
