RABBIT WITH DRIED GRAPES SLIVE
Ingredients (4 people)
1 rabbit and 1 ¼ kg.
400 gm. The prunes.
50 gm. From butter.
For the marinade:
1 garlic clove.
1 branch of parsley.
1 branch of thyme.
1 bay leaf.
1 cup vinegar.
10 gr. From black pepper beans.
½ cup oil.
Cut the onion and carrot julienne, peak garlic and put them on plums soaked in warm water.
