Orange Salmon Steaks
Serving Size: 6
6 salmon steaks -- 1-inch thick
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon margarine -- melted
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice from 1/2 of the orange. Blend the juice with margarine.
Brush the salmon with the orange butter and place on a greased broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes. Turn the salmon, brush with the remaining orange butter and broil another 5 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Cut the other half of the orange into thin slices and use as a garnish for the salmon.
