Bowl Kebap
Welcome to Mutevazi Lezzetler Cuisine!
At this video, we will cook a kebap…
"Bowl Kebap"
Let’s see the ingredients now, then we will see how to cook
1.7 pounds ground calf meat
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1.10 pounds mushroom
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup canned green peas
4 peppers
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil

we can cover the lid of the pot, until they lose their volume
the volume of the mushroom pieces is very small now...
because they have given their juice, I did not add water...
finally, I’m adding drained canned green beans...
1 tsp black pepper...
and 1 tsp salt into the mixture
we can remove it from the stove, after cooking 10 more minutes

now I’m filling the bowls...

I’m filling the remaining bowls by the same way

now, I’m placing the tray into the oven, which is preheated to 375 F...
I’ll cook them for a while, until the cheese melts...
the bowls are removed from the oven...
they seem great...
