ENTREMESES SARDINE

Ingredients (4 people)
10 to 12 sardines in oil.
3 boiled eggs.
150 gm. From tuna in oil.
50 gm. From butter.
Lemon juice and parsley.

For the sauce:
Oil.
Parsley very rough.

Preparation:
With a fork, flatten the tuna mixture with butter and lemon juice. We are working to achieve a very fine paste.
With this pasta formed a montañita in the middle of a round source.
Rodeamos with sardines, with alternating quarters of a hard-boiled egg.
Decoramos with strips of tomato, sliced gherkins, hojitas parsley and black olive.
Batimos ingredients in the sauce and serve separately.
