Ingredients (6 persons)
1 kg of squid middle.
1 and ½ kg of onions.
2 heads of garlic.
Oil, parsley, flour.
White pepper, saffron and bay leaf.
We wash well squid, we separate the legs and wings and reserve, Picamos well onions, peppers, garlic, parsley and the legs and wings of squid. The entire mixture and season.
Rellenamos with this mixture squid, wet the tips of calamari with flour and closed with a toothpick.
From mixing the filling reserve a little, to make a sauce and put it in the bottom of a casserole called, together with the oil, saffron, a little pepper and bay leaf. We put the squid on top and we cook, moving them from time to time. Approximately 30 minutes.
